Design and concept in collaboration with Laura Broux. 

The Belgian art lending service Kunst in Huis asked us to design a digital poster for the event ‘TALK TALK: Topics for Future Artists’. The target audience of this event consists of young, starting artists with both practical and strategic challenges. During the online panel discussion, several interesting topics were discussed, including business management, art management and networking. We wanted this range of topics to play a leading role in the communication.

By emphasizing the typography in the design - ‘Talk ART, Talk CASH, Talk BIG, …’ -, an interesting graphic element was created that we used throughout the mini brand identity. Adding keywords such as ‘Talk BEATS’ and ‘Talk HYPES’ – a nod to the personalities of the speakers – made the content match even better with the young target audience.

For the color scheme, we found inspiration in the corporate identity of Kunst in Huis. We tweaked the colors into bright sea green and lavender purple and combined these with eggplant, beige, white and black. The final result is a combination between a typographical layout, a recognizable color scheme and photographs of work created by young artists.
